This is a digital gift card so you will receive an email with your gift voucher code attached.

IMPORTANT: Due to limitations of the e-commerce platform, we cannot send the gift card directly to the recipient. Instead you will receive the gift card via the email you entered at checkout, and are required to forward the gift card on to the recipient.

This isn't all bad, as this gives you the option to print the gift card and insert it into a greeting card to give to the recipient personally, or forward the gift card email, or compose your own personal email with the gift link attached, and the recipient can use the QR code on the card to load the website, and can redeem the gift card code at checkout as normal.
